What did you study at Wabash?: Major in Rhetoric & Minor in Economics
How did you first hear about Spot?: Andrew Elsener, our Co-Founder, and another Wabash alum that works at Spot came to visit Wabash for a career event. Their passion for Spot was contagious, and I immediately knew I had to apply for a post-grad role!
What made you want to work at Spot and what keeps you here?: I wanted to work at Spot because of the energetic and driven culture that has been built. My colleagues and the opportunity for rapid success and growth keeps me here.
What does your day-to-day role look like here at Spot?: My day-to-day consists of managing the overall operations of our sales pod to ensure that there are no disruptions in our customers supply chain from the transportation side. My primary focus is account penetration through furthering relationships with our current customers while continuously looking for areas to add value.
What is your advice for soon to be graduates?: Step out of your comfort zone and push yourself to develop more well-rounded skills.
