BIOMETRIC POLICY

Spot Freight, Inc. (“Spot”) requires outside personnel who access its portal and other individuals, to provide their facial scan (“Biometric Info”) to a Vendor(s) selected by Spot for security reasons, for the purpose of verifying their identity, controlling access to the Spot portal and access to physical areas where freight to be transported is located and the freight itself.

Spot and its vendors involved in the collection, storage, analysis and use of the employee’s biometric information or identifiers, shall delete and destroy the Biometric Info of the employee upon being advised of the termination of the employee’s employment with the Carrier.
