July’s Carrier of the Month, Classic Express, has hauled over 4,500 loads for Spot in 2019. Read on for a Q&A to learn more about Classic and their take on the transportation industry.
Tell us about your founding: Established in 1992. Began business with one truck and never imagined we’d even have 10, however, now we have 43 trucks in our fleet!
What does your company specialize in?: We specialize in hauling plastic bottles in the Southeast. One thing we’re proud of is that the majority of our drivers are able to be home with their families most nights.
Why do you enjoy working with Spot?: Great communication! Overall, we enjoy building relationships with Spot’s employees as it makes the work environment more cohesive.
If you could change one thing about the transportation industry, what would it be?: The general public’s perception of trucking and truck drivers.
Is there anything else about your company or the industry that you think everyone should know?: Without freight haulers, America wouldn’t run!
