Tell us about your founding (year, why you started, etc.): Our company was founded in 2015. Logistics companies were growing rapidly at the time, and we knew we could provide quality services honestly and functionally.
What does your company specialize in (i.e., modes, areas of the country, etc.): At Fortune Transport Inc. we proudly provide dry van services in all 48 states.
Why do you enjoy working with Spot: We love working with Spot because it’s easy to communicate, and we always get quality services and professionalism from their staff.
What do you do to pass the time while on the road?: Well, to pass the time on the road, our drivers often communicate with other drivers to be aware of traffic and road conditions in the lanes they are hauling freight on at that time.
What would it be if you could change one thing about the transportation industry? We think there should be open and easy access to load boards for all drivers to select the work they want to do. We also want there to be better pay for the trucking companies like Fortune Transport Inc.
What part of the country do you enjoy driving through the most? Why?: Our drivers at Fortune Transport Inc. enjoy driving in many states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Florida, and Ohio. They enjoy these states because it allows them to do more short hauls and enjoy time with their families.
What is your favorite part about being in the logistics industry?: Our favorite part of the logistics industry is that it’s a rapidly moving industry. Whether it’s freight prices, fuel prices, or safely delivering loads for our customers, navigating this business gives us a rewarding feeling.
Anything else about your company or the industry that you think everyone should know? At Fortune Transport Inc., we want to continue growing as a company by providing more quality freight moving services to our customers and clients.
