May’s Carrier of the Month, MW Carriers, has been a partner of Spot’s since 2018. They do an excellent job on short haul runs in North Carolina, and we can always count on them to get the job done! Read on for a Q&A to learn more about MW Carriers and their take on the transportation industry.
Tell us about your founding: In 1992, we established MW Carriers with a focus on hauling produce & farm commodities. In 2001, we received authority to haul other goods.
What does your company specialize in?: We specialize in general commodities and run dry vans on the East Coast (primarily PA, MD, NV, & NC).
Why do you enjoy working with Spot?: The communication is excellent! The people we work with are always pleasant and rates are reasonable.
If you could change one thing about the transportation industry, what would it be?: With how the new industry is today, drivers should respect each other and work together more as they used to years ago!
