Carriers are the backbone of our success. Without our carriers, we wouldn’t be able to offer our shippers the quality and reliability they’ve come to expect from us.
July’s Carrier of the Month, Innovative Transport, hasn’t been working with Spot for too long (just about 5 months), however, they have become our go-to carrier when servicing short runs for one of our largest produce shippers. We couldn’t operate these lanes without them, and we sincerely appreciate how reliable they’ve become.

Tell us about your founding: We were founded in 2008. I started the company because I wanted the freedom to choose my own loads and run lanes that are the most profitable.
What does your company specialize in?: We specialize in hauling produce within a 150-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA.
Why do you enjoy working with Spot?: They have consistent, fair-paying freight on the lanes that I want to run.
What do you do to pass time while on the road?: Similar to what most drivers do, I talk on the phone!
If you could change one thing about the transportation industry, what would it be?: Less DOT regulations.
What part of the country do you enjoy driving through the most?: The South because of the warmer weather and open roads.
What is your favorite part about being in the logistics industry?: Every day there is a new problem to solve in terms of how we get freight from Point A to B.
