Tell us about your founding. (year, why you started, etc.)
Founded in 2011, we already had experience in moving freight. We had customers lined up and just got the ball rolling. From the beginning, we built our company on high-touch service and relationships. We have met 90% of our customers face-to-face. We have found that when you have that personal relationship set up, freight will follow.
What does your company specialize in? (i.e., modes, areas of the country, etc.)
At Logisticize, we primarily specialize in Flatbed and Over-Dimensional Flatbed Shipments throughout the Midwest region.
Why do you enjoy working with Spot?
We enjoy working with our Carrier Rep, Brad. Even when lanes are rocky, he works hard to do what he can for us.
What would it be if you could change one thing about the transportation industry?
The big thing that needs to be changed is pride in ownership of work. We pride ourselves on doing something right and taking pride in everything we do, and we would like to see that more across the entire industry.
What part of the country do you enjoy driving through the most? Why?
We love working lanes in the Midwest and Southeast as they are closer to home.
What is your favorite part about being in the logistics industry?
Our favorite part of the logistics industry is that every day is different and a new challenge. We know that you get to wake up every day, and your actions can make or break you that day. In other words, the ball is always in your hands to be successful.
